Hosted a company event here. Rooms are quite big and spacious. If there’s a sock tail dinner, I highly recommend doing it on Sky Deck. Special thanks to Palanivel, Anup, Deepak Rana for their hospitality.

Sunil Kumar, the manager and Pushpali at the front desk were really helpful. Pushpali was excellent in follow ups, getting the stay extended and processing the late check out request. Clean & well maintained rooms with good breakfast menu.

We booked a suite room, so spacious and comfortable. The service was quite quick but telephone line wasn’t so available had to wait for some time . House keeping again was good at its part !! And the staff was polite and understanding!! But I think I encountered a little maybe rude concierge when I had asked for some help with the access I suppose. Other than all these it’s a very spectacular hotel . Especially “b cafe” for breakfast, the view is amazing and the food too !! My friends are a fan of their aloo paratha and I love their Danish pastry 😍✨ But I had a chicken bun of some sort from the Asian side the outer covering was too thick compared to the filling . I think they have to work on it . Also the lost and found department is so bad , I think I had forgotten my watch and 2 tops in the room and had contacted them maybe a week or 2 later enquiring about the same but never got it , disappointing!

Hotel is clean and hygienic , check in was smooth without delay , Planning for long stay then one could go with room in higher floor , Good city views from higher floors . Situated in downtown , there are 5 , 6 resturant , but saffron is the best one to have Indian cuisine . Staff is not that friendly .
