people love the circumstances to stay there.. we loved atmosphere and pleasant welcome and helpful ppl there. worth for money. Once you visit, sure you like to go again, you will get everything over there. they are maintaining very cleanly.

Ambience, room cleanliness and service is excellent. I suggested my friends to stay there if they visit bangalore. Its worth for money u spent. Its around 15 minutes walk from bus stop. In side the apartment has more super market, baskin ice cream shop... and very nice swimming pool.... don‘t miss to visit if you can... food served by them is good in quality and taste, nice homely food. Overall my experience staying there was really superb. I will give 5 points for this.

On the day that I arrived at the apartment, felt totally at home as it was really clean and cosy. Everyday onsite caretaker keeps apartment clean and for any onboard services. I recommend this place for any indiviuals want to visit around Banaglore. Also I recommend for any business traveller on short term projects. Theres is very good speed free wifi which is nice to have when we wish to work from home. Managment are very helpful with ample of local knowledge.

I stayed at this place thinking it was a hotel apartment. It turned out to be flat in one of the housing complexes of Bangalore. The ordeal begins with entry to the complex. The high security access means you have to get down from cab , go to visitor room, register yourself. A call is made to confirm your booking and then a gate pass is issued. I had a booking from March 14 to March 16 done through Booking.com. It turned out to be a flat in one of the buildings on 11th floor with 4 bedrooms each rented to different guest. The room is below one star standard. Dirty linen, no toiletries, stinking towel. No batteries in the remote of the AC Hence you have to jump to reach the main switch of the AC located inside the false ceiling of the toilet. The breakfast is brought from somewhere and worse than street side food. The place is run by few servants who are hardly seen around. The main door is locked and a side door entrance is kept open during the day for entering. After midnight you are at the mercy of the houseboy to open the door. They insisted on cash to settle and finally took the credit card but with no invoice provided. There is no check in and check out formalities which means no records are being maintained for the stay. Don't ever select and stay at this place just because the place is located inside a prime residential complex. Getting in and out is a pain. Taxi drivers find it difficult to pick you in case you book one. Not recommended at all.

I stayed with my father mother and sister . we booked two executive deluxe room . but they given us only normal room without a.c . we couldn't find the place there is total confusion on the way. Mr. Sameer cant help us. We totally struggled to find out the place. All are Hindi uncluttered staff . they didn't gave us a bottole of water itself. The breakfast that we had in morning was very patatic one y smelling yellow coloured rice with watery tomato sauce. We didn't took the breakfast and had from outside cafe coffee day. Blankets and sheets were shrinking smelling . they didn't provide hot water , soap, towel , nothing for us . it was a very very bad experience in my life.
