I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we were amazed by the kind staff and amazing hospitality we got. Kaushal is such a friendly guy. He helped us plan our trips and suggested places to visit during our stay. Everyone one from inroom dining to the breakfast buffet gentlemen who were serving us made our stay wonderful. Keep up the good work. In the end special thanks to Kaushal. We will be back soon.

It was our first stay in this hotel and no doubt it is an amazing property with the most amazing location , right in front of the lake. The view from the terrace is awesome! The service of the staff was prompt and the food was superb.The 31st December arrangement was very good and all of us enjoyed a lot!! The rooms are quite big and really well maintained. The reception area and the dining area and their staff are helpful and courteous. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Location perfect Rooms perfect And Staff awesome The new year package which of The hotel we took was total perfect .The family time which we were planning to spend was spent at the hotel and not outside .The view from the balcony had a touch of purity and tranquility. The hotel also has a badminton court in that small place .Party food staff everything was the best We all loved it Thank you Tag Lavanya

A very nice property with excellent view of Bhimtaal lake. The behaviour of staff was excellent. Food was tasty and house keeping was superb. Undoubtedly a very comfortable and memorable stay. However, a liquid handwash should be kept in washroom. Thanks to all staff of OSR Lavanya Bhimtaal.

My overall experience of staying at Lavanya, Bhimtal was good. There were several aspects that exceeded / met my expectations including the location of the property, the ambience, internal decor, security, the friendly staff behavior and quality of service. However, there is one area which didn't meet my expectation. The options for non-vegetarians are too limited in buffet breakfast and dinner. Also, the presence of oil in foods were a bit on the higher side. Apart from this, I think this was a perfect vacation and I truly enjoyed my stay.
