Hotel Golden Orchid

We stayed for a night. It is indeed the best service hotel. In terms of service, hotel cleanliness and behaviour, everything was very professional. Check in and check out times were maintained good. Would recommend everyone.

By far one of the best hotels to spend a night while in business trip!Humble staff ,great location and extremely clean rooms (for the category it falls into)The service was prompt and food ordered in room was great too !

I never like to give poor rating because I believe every business is built on someone's hard work. However the experience with this stay was not memorable. Its a budget hotel and price is reasonable. On the very first day the lift was not working and had to take stairs despite being challenged. We had gone there to take few days rest as my son was not well but one whole day some construction on upper floor was going on with annoying drilling noises. On another day the work continued even in the night despite complaining. The restaurant was not functioning so a basic, minimal breakfast was served in room, which was same everyday. The breakfast menu was not listed and despite promise by front desk, no information was provided till last day. The bathroom lock got jammed on last day and it took them 45 minutes to break open it and to my utter dismay, the person was more worried about the door then the guest who was locked inside for such long period. Ultimately I shifted to another hotel. Overall an unpleasant stay.

This hotel is just not up to the mark. Definitely not for family. We stayed there because there were no other options due to peak timing. If you have budget constraints and don't mind compromising on the quality you can go for it. For those who like to stay at hotels with great facilities don't get lured by the name hotel. staff bed behaviour, not clean, careless people, not professionals, It's nothing like it. Not recommended.
