    Done a conference here in the hotel and the staff here is very supportive. They add value to your event and leave no stone unturned in making it a memorable one. Leading from the front is Suruchi Ji the Director of sales whose wonderful cooperation makes it a worth. Devansh and Manish are an asset and a vital support all the time during the event. Rahul, Rajat and himanshu from F&B ensure till the end of the event that everything goes right and did a commendable job.     It was really nice to have a conference ..All staff was too good and professional ..That I will be recommending our other clients to to do an event here ..     I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a bartender Ajay there who had to be recognized publicly. Ajay was his name and he was phenomenal. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food and drinks i.e. cocktails 😃 And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. By the end of our snacks, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've ever had in Hyatt" By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. Overall pretty good place.

    One of the finest coffee lounge in Chandigarh. Gourmet food with top notch service and a soecial shout out to Priyanka for her excellent service. Highly recommended for meetings and family coffee meets.

    We were given a very bad room in spite of request. The steam in the ladies section was not working. The jacuzzi in men's section had a sharp protruding object which could have seriously injured the user. The locker in the room was not working
