Good for an one night stay

Pros: 1. This is v close to sector 17 mkt which is highlight of CHD. Many other points n restaurant are v near by... 2. Staff is v helpful... they will hardly say no for anything. 3. Room size and washrooms are decent. Rooms on 2nd floor has an extra couch. Cons: There is nothing as such... at this point you will not get a 5* property. So set your expectations straight.

Stayed at this hotel with my family for a night enroute to Delhi. The staff were quite helpful and cordial. They were prompt in catering to our needs and requests. They are building up a couple of additional rooms in the building due to which we did get a little bit of dust here and there, but since we had booked the place only for a nights sleep didnt matter much to us.It is located at an accesable distance to Rock Garden and Suguna Lake too. Hopefully once they get done with the construction work it would be a better place to stay at.

i stayed with my family. i searched for family room but they are not available so booked 2 room. reception guy are not happy to help you. i order crispy chilly potato for delivery i call 3 time and every-time they said sir 2 mints. after 30 mints of wait they give un cooked and not crispy. So i return the food. parking space is good if you go with your car then it good option.

Dont stay here!Staff are very unprofessional and border on uncouth. I booked this hotel for my Best Guest but they disappointed us with their service... Hotel was not as good as it was shown in photographs. Room service was horrible. We had to wait for long time for cold drink and other things. There were so many insects in the room & room was dirty as-well. Food was Very Coslty and not good . Service was pathetic- room service took 60 minutes to deliver our dinner order.the hotel reception was rude

The location of the hotel is OK and it is easily accessible. However, the hotel itself is miserable. First of all, it is in the midst of renovation. So you see rubble and construction debris everywhere- I mean, you walk through debris to get to your room etc! The rooms are pathetic, to say the least. It looks as if they have not been cleaned ever since the hotel opened. Staff are very unprofessional and border on uncouth. They made us wait for a long time to get the room ready. When, eventually, our room was supposedly ready and we were taken to the room, one of the hotel staff was coming out of the bathroom - having helped himself to a wash in the bathroom of our room !!! Weird?!? Food was passable. Service was pathetic- room service took 70 minutes to deliver our dinner order. I am really struggling to look for positives. I can understand why and how this place is even listed on MMT, Agoda etc
