Had a wonderful experience and smooth process right from check in to check out (5 Days of stay). Rooms were clean, neat with very good vibrations for a calm stay with a view to the swimming pool. My twin kids enjoyed their stay very much and had sufficient place inside the room for them to play around. Servicing can be rated 10/10. Max 15-20 mins for any food orders delivering to rooms irrespective of peak timings. Morning breakfast was complimentary as part of the room package and also it had mixed varieties from North to South Indian dishes which is very unique. Their chefs are masters in pasta and mutton rogan gosh. Special mentions to Chef Prashanth Jha for leading an exceptional team and being one among them in the dining front !! Water bottles were complimentary and unlimited which I feel as an added advantage in this summer definitely where in most of the other 3+ star hotels, per day max of 1-2 litre was complimentary as per my experience. Reception team were very polite in answering our queries and guiding us for the local tours available. Just take a chance once and you will have the same happiness as we had. Overall a happiest stay!!

Had an amazing stay, staff is very polite and courteous. Neat and clean rooms. Even I got a complimentary upgrade to Suite without even asking for it. Breakfast buffet spread is quite large and having vast variety of options. Thanks to the entire team of Country Inn

Decent room at decent price but mostly vegetarian food at restaurant and no tourist locations close. Traffic was so heavy in front, we had to wait 39 to 60 minutes for taxi or Uber service. Hotel was close to airport but very far from any other place to go. No good shopping close, no hood parks close.

Mini fridge in room failed to work. The engineer failed to fix it but claimed he had. The food inside therefore became inedible. The staff at first also claimed the fridge worked perfectly but then after considerable argument conceded. However, they failed to compensate for the loss. The chose to argue blind instead. The staff are very poorly trained. Stay here at your peril.
