The stay at hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The did everything to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. I would rate it as a 5 star experience.

I am pleased to say this hotel is getting better my age! My second visit was even more pleasureable then my first. Courteous staff and new ammenities made it a welcome experience. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Mohali / Chandigarh.

Superb caring staff, awesome cuisine and clean and tidy rooms . Rooms with gallery are so calm and serene. PunChin Restaurant serves the best cuisine along with in room dining orders. Overall recommend this place to atleast visit once when you are in or around Tricity ( Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) .

Indeed the best hotel in Tricity. Located in well connected area. This was my best stay in past couple of years. I stayed in Hotel Cama for nearly a month post my discharge from hospital .Rooms are very comfortable, neat and clean along with restrooms. Cherry on the cake was the gallery which was attached to the room where you feel refreshed and energetic. All the staff members were very polite, carding & professional. Food is just awesome. Both rooms service and PunChin restaurant serves the best cuisines. I recommend this place to atleast visit once whenever you visit Tricity.
PATHETIC HOTEL OR POOR HOTEL

Just stayed there for 1 night. Despite of all rooms available i have been offered highest price room available. Room boy don’t know where to keep luggage, despite of my regular calls to housekeeping they did not started the AC and the room was suffocating badly, I slept without AC. When checked in water in toilet was not there have to wait for more than 3 hours to use toilet. Lobby toilet was also closed. Breakfast was like poor hotel, did not expected such things in Punjab and that too on this much price. For what they have charged I don’t know, and their entire staff is trained to say 'sorry sir'. Neither business nor family friendly hotel. Better to stay in any other hotel but not this kind of hotel where a client has to suffer and compromise but they need full money for giving nothing. Hopeless experience. We can stay in any 4 star or 5 star by paying either same or little more. Totally unprofessional hotel.
