Staff try’s to be helpful as much as they can. Always serve breakfast in the morning, do room cleaning, no need to ask.

Staff try’s to help as much as possible. Breakfast in the morning and room service everyday. There is no need to ask. Very good for the price, good AC, internet, hot water, bar on first floor. all good for a quick stay. They also have food service which is great if your want to stay in.

We were on way to manali around 7 pm we reached chandigarh in sector 43 my friend suggested to halt in hotel amara.neat n clean room no 104 main road facing room we booked.live music in restaurant ,good ambiance,parking wifi,hot water was there.we were three adults he charged accordingly.no break fast he included that's why I don't give 5 stars.even I runs villa / cottage in manali in the name of Aroma taru villa we serves breakfast with stay

I stayed there for 21 days on a business purposes. There are multiple issues with the quality and services at this property 1. One the first day, our dinner curry had a iron wire piece which we get while having the food from mouth. The excuse was - staff is using the iron scrub to wash and may be its from there 2. See the photo attached and zoom to find worm in the morning tea cattle. The excuse was - we are soon replacing all the iron cattles. 3. Tea cattle in plastic seems never washed pic attached. Excuse was its recedue of daily used tea. 4. The juice bottle available in the mini bar was too old to be used since there is juice sticking at the bottom. Thank god nothing happen to my kid. 5. Most of the time the sweet served with food was not eatable. Sometime I just take the piece of gulabjamun to reception and ask them to cut this into 2 pieces using spoon and they also failed to do so. Excuse - this is little bit over heated, let us provide you another piece or opt for some other sweet. 6. See the attached pic of bedsheet and pillow cover, its amazing to see the quality. I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone who love to be fit, and their another property as well in the same sector next to petrol pump

It is the worst hotel stay of my life they were so rude and they charged 1000rs extra for 15 min delay and they were saying give ₹1000 for only 15 min delay check out time mostly all hotel allow 15 min.they allow checkout time 12:30 after that when we were checking our at 12:45 they said give 1000₹ extra.This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed

Well, Hotel is decently located but Management strongly lacks in Hospitality. Must read terms and conditions while booking the hotel online because you may find some different and difficult policies at check in. Two of my friends booked the hotel and idea was to celebrate birthday there but the instant reaction of the hotel staff was that visitors are not allowed at all with a very cold reaction. I understand it being from industry but it's hotel industry not Army ! Rules are there to follow but to bend when required. Would never recommend anybody to book this hotel which are merely building with zero considerate hospitable factor.

Located in the City Beautiful, Hotel Amara is a popular choice for tourists from among the 3-star hotels in Chandigarh. It is 9.5 km from the Chandigarh railway station and 17 km from the Chandigarh airport.
