Hotel Solitaire

Hello Friends We two senior citizen couple visited your hotel for 2 days as we found that Mr Rinku helped us with every support we needed,the rooms were very excellent with all aminities,bathrooms are very excellent,the staffs ,Foods was very good & hygine.the views what we got from the balcony was very beautiful.

Its a great hotel to stay in Chandigarh in Medium budget range, where on official trip or leisure trip, hotel serves well. It has wonderful restaurant cum bar, as seen in the images uploaded. quite interesting

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for extra things such as towels, blankets etc. If I returned to Chandigarh I would consider staying here again.

I and my wife had Dinner at this hotel restaurant on 28 Dec 2017. The menu was Makki ki Roti and Sarson ka Saag. The quality of food was good and authentic. I like the ambiance of the restaurant. Theere is ample parking space.

What I didn't like: 1. The bathrooms doesn't have ventilation which they told me the next day. It was a horrible experience with all those loo aroma. 2. The rooms are small 3. The fridge inside the room is dirty and broken 4. We had breakfast and 1 meal included in our package. But they didn't want to serve us food of our choice since there was no buffet. 5. The breakfast buffet is low class and bad. All veg food. 6. The problem is these people just try to be the best on-line but in actual they are still unprofessional. The waiter goes to ask the reception what to serve and what not to. What I liked: 1. The food. The restaurant cooks some amazing food. Be it the butter chicken, kadhai chicken or the Kashmiri dum aloo with garlic naan. 2. The mattresses were fat and huge and you will sink in. 3. The guard who always had a smiling face and also helped clean our car and arrange a proper parking place. 4. The AC was super strong. 5. Nice decorated room with beautiful lighting and wallpaper. 6. This place has a common parking inside the market boundary.
