Had a Frens Get together Party. The bar has every collection of spirits. Starter were soo yummy. My friends really enjoyed the service and Foods. Highly recommended . Will visit again with family and friends in near future!!

We had travelled by taxi from Shimla and neither the taxi driver or ourselves were knowledgeable about this Chandigarh area. After asking a local for directions we were were taken to the KC Cross Hotel. We showed our Booking.com confirmation but were told that they did not have a booking. What they should have told us was that our booking was for the Palette KC Cross Hotel which was nearby! They then proceeded to check us in and gave us a room that stank of cigarette smoke and when I complained they said they would use air freshner. I refused this and they then moved us to a two bedroom suite with an unusual window into the shower! Although this room was a little noisy it was comfortable and clean. Wifi was iffy and hot water took 45 + mins to run hot with the manager merely talking on the phone rather than attending to the query from the customer! The toilet gurgled all night and could be heard in the bedroom even with the toilet door closed. The bell boy refused the tip given for rolling our case to the room on the basis that it was beneath him and he wanted more. We missed breakfast because we left at 7.00am and breakfast did not start until 7.15am. I tried to contact Booking.com regarding the confirmation issue, but they did not bother to respond.

We had booked into this hotel but the taxi driver could not find the hotel and was given directions by a local to the KC Cross Hotel. We were unaware that there were two hotels of the same name within calling distance of each other. We tried to contact Booking.com when the KC Cross Hotel denied our booking. Although we showed them the booking confirmation, they did not have the brains to tell us that our hotel was in fact around the corner. So a lesson for the unwary foreigner, is get the contact direct phone number of the hotel before you set out.

I was traveling with my family, 6 of us, had booked 3 rooms in the said hotel. The rooms allocated to us were on the 4th floor, the doors were broken, no cleanliness, no heater in the room, the walls were cracked with leakages. Also there was a wedding at the same time and hence the music was so loud that we could not sleep properly as well until 02:00 am. The food service was also pretty slow and very limited options in Jain. Although the location is good but does not make sense to travel all the way for this hotel.

Worst experience ever, Room service is very poor... called them 2 to 3 times...After 4thcall they had Come For Clearance....I had Order A food Nd Bill Was Paid On the Spot...the Remaining Amount was Not Received ....The Staff Wer To Lazy.....🥵🥵🥵🥵
