Yesterday visited park plaza omr it was amazing place with excellent staff and their bar offers where very much interesting and they had give swim eat buffet offers for 999 , we plan to get our family next week for this swim eat buffet offer, who handled us MR SARAVANA was great explaining about all this things and made us comfortable in bar.

Comfortable stay nice location, Pinky and Sherif both are very kind. In housekeeping naveen was very helpful. Swimming pool was very clean. Breakfast also tastes good but its having only limited menu.

Hall was very nice. Had a great time...our requests were being attended to very quickly thanks to Karthik and team, our evening was very enjoyable. The food was also vnice they kept refilling the food. overall it was amazing

We have decided to plan our engagement ceremony in park plaza OMR and we have made the right choice.. Right from co-ordinating the event to being responsive, team made sure that everything is in place and on time. Food was delicious and the banquet team did a fabulous job, especially the live dosa counter was a lit. A great place to organize any kinda events with good ambience and customer service on a reasonable cost. Special note to Karthick and Nishanth for all their support..

Slow room service , man power is minimal hence delay in room service , sleeping direction also not good .Air conditioning is ok but need table fan or pedestrian fan too so that customer can use it according to his convenience.
