Urvashi Residency

I had a great experience with Urvashi residency. Nice rooms, clean areas, but the breakfast menu wasn’t wide range. Looking forward to a longer stay soon and A special mention to the Front desk executive, Saif, courteous and well representing such a good manner. Keep it up best wishes for future endeavors. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The staff was very polite and generous, very helpful and accommodating. This is the first time I booked a Urvashi Residency and as the name suggests, it was really a fabulous stay. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Our first time at this hotel. This place is a stone throw distance from Pondy Bazaar. We stayed for 2 nights and our experience has been wonderful. We did not use the breakfast option as we chose to explore the restaurants in Pondy bazaar. A few days Before arrival, Ms. Kumari from reservations followed up to see what time we would be arriving and if we needed a car service to pick us up from the airport. The hotel staff - especially Mani (bell staff) And Jaykanth (front office) were very courteous and helpful. We arrived earlier in the morning (much before the checkin time) but the staff were eager to allot us the rooms as and when people checked out and they were cleaned and prepared for occupancy. Location is unbeatable. The price was reasonable, rooms were clean. The housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the room and replacing toiletry items and fresh towels. They have a refrigerator and coffee/tea in the room. The air conditioning was good. We asked for an iron box and they were quick to provide one for us. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night rest. Despite the proximity to a busy business area, the hotel is quiet and well maintained. Overall, good choice for us. Will definitely come back if we need to be in this part of Chennai. Can improve - In our room, we felt the hot water (in the bathroom) could have been a little more hot.

Nice hotel, good atmosphere,very meet and clean, Morning breakfast also very good staffs all are great and very helpful, location was good. Thanks for wonderful experience. Next time again I'm visit this property.

Recently I have stayed in hotel Urvashi residency t nagar ,property was good ,rooms are neat and clean, best price value for money hotel located near by for shopping Good was good ,staffs and service was excellent
