Excellent location and very friendly staff

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed at for the price that I paid. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room also had a huge window that allowed natural sunlight in which I appreciated a lot. The bathrooms were as spacious and spotless and it was evident that the staff had taken extra precautions and thoroughly disinfected the rooms. I must say that the location of this hotel was beyond anything I had expected - right in the heart of Nungambakkam yet surrounded by so much greenery. The complimentary breakfast was quite delicious and I must comment the staff for their friendliness and promptness. Like other reviews have noted, this hotel is a converted apartment building so guests even get the added advantage of a living and dining room outside their rooms. This shared space on each floor can be used to relax or to have lunch or dinner. Even the payment system was extremely streamlined reducing as much contact and wait times (which is appreciated during this pandemic).

Staff members were very co-operative and well behaved, Mr. Rajan was very helpful. Rooms were pretty clean, Roof top restaurant was excellent, complementary breakfast was tasty. Location wise it is excellent. The only problem I faced was language, this Hotel will be complete one if the staff members will be able to speak in English at least. Room service should be available specially in the evening hours as many people remain busy in work and stay out of the Hotel during day time. Internet access was also excellent Treebo Booking system is also fast, easy and excellent.

Nice place to stay, super comfy beds, The owner and the staff went out of there way to help me with my every need. It's in a good location, spacious with lovely views from the rooftop. Would recommend

Everything had to demanded NOT PROVIDED.Sheets and pillow covers were dirty NOT fresh but replaced. Tooth brush & paste, Newspaper were demanded but provided. Soap NOT provided. Coffee demanded but provided but paid for everything expecting service. Bed not good

It’s a four storied building originally comprising of two flats per floor which seems to have been converted into a hotel.Each flat has three bedrooms with attached bathroom. These bedrooms open into a common living and dining space.There's a small kitchen area which remains un utilised. In all there are about 24 rooms available. The hotel does not have restaurant facilities. Complimentary breakfast is provided between 07:00 to 10:00 Hrs on the rooftop and has limited items. Staff is helpful but communication is difficult due to the limitations of the staff in understanding any other language except for their own mother tongue -Tamil.Additionally, only one mineral water per room per day is provided which seems inadequate for two people staying in a room. Electric kettle with sugar/tea/coffee packets are available in the room but water for preparing tea/coffee is to be managed from the complimentary mineral water! (Extra mineral water is available on a chargeable basis). Cleaning of room and linen change is done on a daily basis.
