    It was my my first experienced in aloft Chennai, property was well maintained,staffs are very helpful and cooperative,room was neet and clean with all the necessary amenities,good food with reasonable price,over all it was a wow experienced for me..

    Very nice place to organize a family party along with friends. Service is also very professional. We have a great and gala party which we enjoyed like anything. Hopefully in future we will hold the same here..

    I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott, so I always pride in experiencing their properties worldwide..I also review bad experiences for people to be aware. Aloft in Chennai was closer to work that my wife, a business entrepreneur, chose to stay this time. The welcome at the front desk was just not what we expected. They treat the guests as a B level hotel. In fact, they asked my wife to pay upfront on top of my profile containing a card through Marriott. These small things matter for a lifetime platinum. My wife is part of my life. So aloft Chennai…the next time I am in Chennai, I am not giving you business and neither are my family and friends.

    Visited recently. Fell sick during my business travel and asked hotel to help with a doctor and medicines. They did not come back with any help. Though they helped by providing food in the room but beyond that nothing to make it feel ok. Aloft rooms are also dark and depressing. Limited access to natural sunlight and that makes it difficult. Food is very bad. North Indian food tastes weird. Better is to eat outside than eating in the hotel.

    Checkin:- Platinum and Above members, avoid this property as you guys wont get upgrades for sure, as there are only 2 suites/floor. 3rd floor will always be closed. This is what the front desk officer told me. If you cant get the room upgrade, dont even think about the Lounges, lol. Room: First day (evening) it just went well, as I was completely into the meetings, next day after I woke up, shocked to see that they have just kept the previous guest's used brush inside a cover! Damn, I felt like cutting my hands after touching someone's used tooth brush. When called the cleaning service manager, she couldnt do anything else other than apologizing and replacing a new tooth brush. Seriously guys, beware of these issues, when you are in this property by mistake. Room was clean surprisingly. Chair is not good for working, phones also dont work. They will charge you for water bottles, REMEMBER only 2 bottles per day :P :P Restaurant: First day it was ok, I was busy with meetings, so couldnt notice anything. Second day, they are least bothered about the customers staying in the property . They dont wanna put more effort in satisfying the customer's simple needs. Evening I spoke to the chef and raised this issue. Third day: Yummy and stunning Breakfast. Fourth Day: Back to Square on. Fifth day: Damn, leave my alone, I ran away before even completing the full stay. I understood one thing, this is not an ignorance! They are doing it deliberately for the cost cuttings! This is really very bad. In the name of cost cutting, these people treat elite customers like ***(I am sorry for the language, please allow me to express at least one foul language). So, I had to pay completely for the full stay. I wanted to pay fully, as the hotel owner is already bleeding for money right, so at least let me help somehow.
