Great experience, amazing and polite staff. The receptionist named Santosh was very kind and helpful with us everything. Food was amazing too. Though it was my first time visiting the check-in process was very smooth and special thanks to Hasan who made our stay more comfortable.

I called up from Mumbai, at a time when my family were having a special dinner at the Up North roof top restaurant at Raintree, Anna Salai Chennai ... to celebrate an occasion for my newly married niece and her husband. I asked for a cake to be reached to them as a surprise, enquiring whether a distant request like this can be made good. The hotel responded very promptly, and landed a super chocolate cake for the couple within 10 mins of the call, and made the occasion for the couple so much more special ! Five days of a week I am spending at hotels pan India and I am emphasising that one of the best breakfast I ever had is from THE RAINTREE Annasalai Tenyampet Chennai. The array of delicacies starts from South Indian to Continental they covered almost all sorts of dishes and bakes. Pork Beef Mutton Chicken Fish Egg and Veggies, a complete breakfast. Grilled Bacon Sausages Curries what else everything covered with Juices Shakes Smoothies Pastries Deserts simply exceptional and WOW. The hotel is very clean well maintained with generous staff and the restaurants are of a class apart with the best practices of cleanliness and safety. The room allotment of Reception staff is at par with our requirements and requests and the ambience is one of the best of its class or more and the experience is truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The toiletries linens etc are upto the mark. I strongly recommend this property for the best value for money experience. A must try place in the heart of Chennai….

Good Infrastructure and Great location of Chennai. We find huge GAP in the services offered by Hotel Raintree Anna Salai staff. Anything asked either required multiple reminders or almost 30 min to reach you. Even during the breakfast time and NON RUSH hours, the concerned people seems to be reluctant and try to superficially offer what is requested or delay a lot or don't get it. This was at times an irritating and dissatisfaction situation for us. Despite of having all facilities, services issue created huge amount of dissatisfaction. On the good side, i would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Murali, Front Office Manager for his supportive and polite behaviour. He tried to keep things aligned in many ways and helped us to have a comfortable stay. Overall, I am looking forward to come back to Hotel Raintree and hopefully next time service issues are worked on.

The reception staff lacked enthusiasm, no smile nothing. This behaviour was noticed with few different reception staffs i have dealt with during my recent stay. I hope the management pay their staff decent salary to perform their duties. If the management is reading this, teach your staff to SMILE, it doesn't cost money. Thr room quality was good and the morning buffet was also great and no complaints.
