I had family trip to chennai , a friend of mine referred to this hotel , room was comfortable , neat and had well maintained bathroom . hopitlity food and service too was very good . Overall had a good experience with my family.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in at 3am no problem. Western or Indian-style breakfasts are served. There are excellent Indian restaurants nearby, as well as wonderful grocery for fruits and vegetables. A lovely stay...

I had stayed in Annsun hotel during 10th and 12th of June. The place is warm and overbearing in terms of Hospitality giving feeling of Home. The caretaker Team is excellent host and they immediately make you comfortable. Mr. Venkatesh who manages this place was courteous and friendly explaining and guiding the way around. He helped in getting luggage, water bottle etc. and has amicable personality who knows how to make customers easy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly having choice of local as well as continiental variety served hot on table. Other staff Mr. Arun and one more youngster were also very friendly. Couple of things in the room may need upkeep as over the period there has been wear and tear, however what matters more is the friendliness of people and place. The location and area is also one of the best residential area around .Since our work was at IIT Chennai it was easy to reach there. The signage of the Hotel however needs more prominance and visibility as it is behind the leaves and hardly visible for first timer. This was informed to Mr. Venkatesh and he said he will certainly speak with owners and take care of improvisation. Overall very pleasent and comfortable stay we had with good memories.

I contacted Annsun by email and my query was immediately answered. I arrived not long after and was warmly welcomed by the staff, and a call from the General Manager who had been alerted to my arrival. I was very weary from traveling, and a delicious breakfast was brought to my room within minutes. All staff members were most helpful and assisted with taking my luggage to my room. It was wonderful to have a shower and sleep for hours in a most comfortable bed with a ceiling fan keeping the room temperature very comfortable. Local knowledge was provided regarding particular shopping and, as a single woman traveler, I felt perfectly safe at all times in the streets and at Annsun Hotel. The General Manager, Dr Sabha Sundar, leads a very competent and professional team, and organised an Uber to take me to the airport as part of the Hotel's service. When I return to Chennai, I will stay here again and recommend Annsun as an economical, friendly and well-located place to stay.

I was staying from 9th march to 10 april 2021.i was very dissatisfied about their service.a very last day i found 1000 usd missing from my shoulder bag. It was on top of the table and i never suspect of their activities.i am pretty much sure the manager joy suria did it with help of his friend who was just joined the hotel as a cleaner. I was staying 1st floor and my next room member also claimed they got missing 600 usd, the same day 10th April 2021.there was no cctv on the floor, thats why room boy and manager together did it safely. I already informed the owner of that property but no responses got so far. I have got very bad experience as a foreign national.
