It is an old Hotel, so don't expect any luxuries. But they provide all the basic amenities. The Elite rooms are also spacious and clean, but the walls require a coat of paint. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention has to be made of the Manager Mr. Danam, who was very helpful and guided us to the place by speaking to the driver. The receptionist Praveen was also very helpful and accommodating. But the buffet breakfast had a very limited variety and except for bread, everything else was South Indian, but the quantity was unlimited. The juice was also fresh. They provide you with wifi every 2 days, so you have to ask them for a user name and password after every 2 days. T Nagar the main shopping area is quite nearby. There are also a lot of eateries nearby and you can pick your lot.

This place is nice to stay if you got any work at Kodambakkam , Chennai and around.Very near to railway and good for shopping.You will get good food also.Ample parking area.Lots of resturants in an around.

Excellent accommodation at affordable prices. Rooms are pretty decent and staff behaves very well. Very near to railway station and hotel is easily accessible by road. Good for business or solo travelers. Value for money. Food they supply is also very good. Overall very good experience.

we visited the bar with friends inn this hotel. The bar interiors and furniture to be re done other wise also the bad odour is coming and feel like suffocation. Even the snacks also to be improved a lot

Had to book this hotel as a last option since most of the other ones nearby were full. From outside, the hotel looks good, but once you step inside, it became mediocre and once inside the room, it was horrible. The only positive thing I felt was some clean beds else nothing was right. Staff - Definitely not good. Not friendly. Room service staff needs to be further groomed. Food - Breakfast was mediocre. Ala-carte was kinda ok ok. Ambiance - A big no. Very conjusted rooms, stinky toilets. Pricing - Much costlier than the ones nearby, considering the ambience & other stuffs. Training Room - Royal Hall is not good. It might be comfortable for a group of 10, not more. Liberty Park Hotel which is nearby is a much better option.
