    Excellent service and nice breakfast. Bathroom is small. Be careful on items kept inside on chargable basis, if you staying more than a day even if you don't eat those items, during checkout they will say that we have used on first day/second day like that. Except that fantastic hotel to stay.

    Stayed recently for two nights on office trip. It's located on a busy main road. From outside the hotel looks grand but the rooms disappoint and especially the bathroom. Since rooms are facing the main road with metro line, night time there will be constant disturbances. The room door access key & Wi-Fi password need to be updated every day since its validity is for one day only. Room service is pathetic & is very slow. Somehow one can feel a stale or putrid smell as one enters hotel. The restaurant is located in the second floor & the breakfast is good, but the A/c is not to mark.

    We stayed here for two nights, customer service is exceptional and staff are friendly and attentive to the request. The room we stayed is poorly maintained and not worth the money. The room looked very tierd and in need for rennovation!

    They company i am visiting booked me this while i was saying plz book me 5 stars hotel .. this not worth nothing Only lobby look nice .. bathroom so so so so so so so so bad I heard all rooms around me like they are talking inside my room.. i really run away from here at first night at night

    We visited the hotel on 29.10.19 and stayed in their heritage deluxe room...the room was pathetic especially the wash room was stinking .... would suggest you to tell them upfront about this and ensure that they are going to give a tidy room @!!!!!!!
