    Very good service by the house keeping Hosen and Ayan. Really impressed by the service they have provided. Very clean and homely feel at the hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast which is complimentary. Overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

    Though we stay in the same city, but I wanted to do a short weekend staycation at the ITC Grand Chola; and whatta massively impressive experience it was. The Tower room was luxurious and we were spoilt with all the nicesseties one could imagine - fruit basket to personalized greetings to fabulous service - we couldn’t ask for anything better. Offcourse I need to call out some fantastic members who made this memory cherishable. Udit Sinha - customer service is his middle name and he really knows how to delight a stakeholder Yozana - this lady is the epitome of courtesy and thoughtfulness. She is always ready to help. John - even if one decides to skip a meal, John’s behavior will simply allow you to agree for a bite. Extremely polite and such a wonderful experience he leaves us with Chef Aditya - so for the Bong in me, I couldn’t have asked for better fish dishes and superbly delicious and fluffy biriyani…this man is five star! Excellent experience and a biggg Thankyou for making our stay so precious!

    ITC Grand Chola has been our home stead when in Chennai. The support from the staff is as usual. The normal support system was there but for some reason there is nothing special. The usual charm we used to have towards ITC, we long to be there wore off a bit. May be aging facility. Maintenance etc ( covid led stress on property, many cost measures are evident).. for example. the usual complimentary nuts / cookies jars were missing. The minibar is no more stacked to the brim. The whole support system is managed by Ms Brinda Das who always was there to support for any issues and anytime ready to help and resolve. Unfortunately, the process doesn’t take over and the support is always an exception or it appears so. Training needs to be lacking in staff. It’s not always appropriate to escalate to Ms Das out of sheer courtesy. Staff do need a lot of training. My kids both Vegans struggled to get support as it took time to serve them. They lived entire two weeks on one menu item soya tofu wrap.

    Disappointing at best. Rooms are nice and well appointed but lack basic amenities such as tissues (not replenished). Breakfast is poor with few staff to take orders and when they do they are unable to deliver. No F&B manager on duty to assist in the morning. Team seem inexperienced. Avoid for now.
