Excellent service, visited the spa with my family this month. The staffs were all welcoming, the manager explained everything well in detail. We took Swedish therapy n was extremely relaxing. Highly recommendable service.

My Stay at the Westin during my very important trip to Chennai was extremely good and awesome.  The Reception Team ( Abhishek, Raumi, Kunal,  Shukla ) were helpful,  thoughtful and supportive.  The Team at the Resto were some of the best people i have interacted in customer experience perspectives...Kapoor,Logan,Ujjwal, Pushpa,Sushmita,Karthik were very concerned , helpful and taken care of all needs by means with care and respect.  The Logistics team especially  Mr.Anand has been very helpful at any given time... I want to Thank everyone ( My bad I am not remembering names ) who made my stay with my family at Westin.  Cheers and hope to see you all again  Pras

Initially we planned to stay here for just 2 nights which we then extended to our entire stay. We felt joyous and happy to stay, get to enjoy the service and kindness of not only the seasonal taste restaurant staff in addition to the service, housekeeping, healthy spa, gym team. Courteous, kind, caring, friendly, always ready to help and adding personal touches wherever possible. Service desk team of Usha, Ankita, Suryah, Jenny, Tiasha, Hemant, Murali, Vennis, security Sitaram. The ultimate touch was when they went out of their way to get our breakfast for the flight neatly packaged.(Delicious !!) Housekeeping Pravin was always courteous and cleaned our room almost every day of our stay. Healthy spa Arun and gym manager Prasad and Dass - Thanks The seasonal taste restaurant team - all of them were extremely caring and went out of their way to get us what we needed. Sushmita, Karthick, Jadeja, Kavin, Chandini, Swathi, Chandini, Pankaj, Prashant were wonderful and thorough professionals. The pool was cleaned every morning. My son and I would love to stay here for our next visits. All the very best to the entire team. Thanks to each and everyone and to anyone that i have missed.

Being member of Marriott, have ample choices but Westin fits amongst the best when visiting Chennai. It’s pleasure staying with Westin. Most convenient location. Relatively new and modern property. Well maintained. Excellent hospitality by entire team. Happy to see them back in full action post the pandemic. Even during the worst they maintained hygiene standards of highest level.
