    Right from the day this Hotel started functioning in the ever busy strech of Arcot road Porur it has maintained its originality in almost everything. Their buffet spread on weekends are well spread with both Veg & Non veg dishes made to perfection. The taste equals the best in the segment so is the price With offers they throw on group dining its money’s worth. Don’t forget to visit their Themed Restaurant AVATAR which will thrill the kids as well. Clean & comfortable rooms with a very supportive Staff makes this one enjoyable Happy staying & Eating

    A decent hotel near Porur on Arcot Road, clode to the junction. For the price, it is definitely value for money. THe street on which it is located is quite crowded, at times it takse a while to get in and out with a vehicle. The rooms are pretty neat and clean. Service issues are attended quickly. Checkin and checkout is quite a breeze. THe restaurant is decent with good spread (vegetarian). Thedishes were quickly replenished and the staff around were alert to respond to needs. The room I stayed had a clogging issue in the bathroom which was rectified in no time. The AC takes a lot of time to cool, thats the only let down. Else recommended for family and for individuals on business trips

    Visited this Hotel for a Official trip to Chennai during first week of Jan'19. Room Stay was comfortable. But the Restaurant food quality was terrible. Better to avoid the food as quality is not all Good.

    I was travelling to this hotel to meet relatives living just nearby area in Chennai. I called the hotel directly to enquire if rooms are available and the price, they ask me to write a mail regarding my requirement and no reply to my mail later. The person at the reception is in a hurry to encash the amount each day. Final day the person even at the morning breakfast is forcing to leave the hotel at 9:00 a.m explaining that any extra minute will cost extra charges. Worst experience I have ever had in all hotels I have visited in the entire world. No notion of customer experience and satisfaction. They don't even care to take customer feedback while leaving the hotel to improve the service.
