overall a good stay, centrally located. The rooms were a great design, very relaxing, Everything was in a walking distance. Comfortable beds, had a very sleep. We loved everything about this property.

Honestly, we have no words to express our deep gratitude to the staff and management of this fabulous family-friendly hotel in Chennai/Madras. We liked everything including hospitality, accommodation, food, services, safety/security.

The room was clean n comfortable, tat is the only plus point. Food was served like a canteen food, idli, noodles and bread toast.. With coffee n tea.. Not worth of the money we spent.. The place is in the near shopping area but surrounded by slum area.. No security guard seen, anyone can use the lift and stand in front of the room... Its not safe for female traveller or solo travellers...

It was my first trip in chennai and my family and myself booked ishka inn as accomodation but the experience was horrible! I really dont recommend you to go in such a place . If you want bad memories and so on.. it is best provided for you

We had a terrible experience with Ishka Inn. We booked three rooms one day before our arrival, however when we reached there, the rooms were not yet ready. After some time, we had our rooms but bathrooms were dirty, the sink were not clean, pillow covers were dirty and mosquitoes were present in all 3 rooms. We had long flights so were feeling pretty tired but could not sleep due to construction work going on the floor till 10pm! We called reception to enquire about the noise and the lady told us that the work will end in 5 mins but it was not the case. For the mosquitoes, we were advised that it is natural to have mosquitoes at this period of the year and we had to deal with it on our own. On the next day, breakfast was only a few slices of bread with butter and jam. Flies were going round the bread since everything was uncovered. Though we booked for 12 nights and made a 25% part payment, we could not stay for another night in such a situation. I spoke to the owner who agreed to account for only 2 nights and refund an amount of around INR5000 which I paid in excess. I have been chasing for this refund for one week and today I received an invoice stating that we spent 3 nights there which is not true. I would highly recommend people to think twice before booking Ishka Inn. I would not like people to experience what my family and myself had gone through.
