    I had spent two weeks in the hotel for work and I have to say that the facilities and the staff were great. Special mention and thanks to Abbas, house keeper that always maintained my room clean and confortable.

    Spend well time with friends, rooms are good and staff are very helpful, Really appreciate special James quite friendly and food was great, overall it was great experience for me. Next time When i visit Chennai i would love to stay again this hotel.

    After few initial hiccups the stay was very good Food and other services are excellent. Should mention Jawahar ,house keeper and Sarkar front office were excellent. Clean and well maintained. Near SRMist . So parents can make good use of this hotel if their ward is studying in SRM.

    I felt so safe and comfortable during my stay. Special mention and thanks to James, Vetri - Duty Managers, Sarkar and Keerthi Kumar from front desk, Dining-Om Prakash and Pavan Kumar who took care of many things.

    Poor location Untrained staff (no plates served with food) Incorrect menu (most of the menu was unavailable except 2-3 items per category) Bar menu drinks unavailable (instead some local off-menu drinks were available) Television not working. No response upon multiple request. Brazen attitude of hotel staff GM Shiv Kumar not reachable. No consistent payment policy (abruptly asked for on the spot payment in room dining and same was not recognised on final billing) No accessories present in room( laundry bags, toileteries like shaving kit, cutlery for tea kit)
