Hotel is too good.staff are very helping ...specially Mrs.nillufa too polite and helping.hotel is good location-based. Shanker netralay and apollo hospital is near.hotel is to clean .staff is literate.

I had an online reservation with Agoda/TripAdvisor link and when I called to check if the booking is confirmed as amount was debited but no clarification through e mail, the hotel manager (who can be reached at +914428260038) was very rude and said why am I calling him and prolonging the call when I booked it online. He also raises his voice with authority. I asked him why you raise your voice and upon which he says I raised my voice first which clearly i was just normally talking. Then I really got upset and told him not to act like a God upon which he just was making sarcastic remarks saying you should come in person to book in this day and age. I hung up and was horrified to find the cancellation window is 2 days from check in date which means they have taken my Rs.2800 hard-earned money refusing to give me service. Worst experience in hotel booking in over 8 years time.

Today I have been as a guest at Hotel. We have a corporate business bookings. We have very bad experience on the staff services. They are very rude with gust services.
When we are booking the corporate business bookings we need to think twice. We have en number of business hotels @Chennai compare with this they are better services & price also high compare with others. They doesn't have ample car parking also. We have already send the mail to Vendor to cancel the agreement with hotel on immediate effect.
