I was there two night 22 and 23 RD November. Room was clean with large shape. Its near bus stand. Location is good. Staff is co operative.restaurant is near. . U can be say all facility is good ......

Small hotel with decent rooms.doent have a kitchen.but location is in city centre.overall has decent experience for a night.it has small mal downstairs.also an udipi restaurant with good vegan food.do not forget to buy homemade chocolates
Do not use their travel desk.

The property is right next to ksrtc bus stand, so may come handy if you are looking for something close to center. Room service staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is below average. Rooms are ok, nothing fancy but nothing to complaint about either. Travel desk sucks. They have a tie up with Zoom Bike Coorg(for bike rentals), which seems to be hotel owner's relative and they will push you there. But then this service is a nightmare. The bike rental company quoted a price and asked me to come to center. They increased the price once I reached there, but then even when I agreed to increased price they refused the bike after wasting a couple of hours. When I complaint to hotel travel desk, they did not took any action.
Very dirty rooms and worst hotel experience ever. **DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER FOR ANYONE**

Very pathetic hotel with dirty old rooms. Hotel doesn't look like online photos at all. The hotel is in the corner of Madikeri city on the sides of an open drain. It has filthy looking entrance and interior. Ground, first and second floor are secluded and dirty. Reception is at second floor. It is scary to take stairs which doesn't feel safe to go alone. Coming to rooms, interior is very dirty and old. Everything bedsheet, cushions, pillows, floor, mirror, washrooms etc were really old and dirty. We didn't feel like spending a minute in that room. Restaurant and hotel vibes are very negative. **DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST** It is total wastage of money

Please avoid this hotel. I booked this hotel via Agoda and upon arrival hotel said that they have sold it to other customer. Hotel staffs are completed non-professional. Then they tried to mug Agoda by asking them more money to provide alternate place. They could not do that also and provided me snail infected (attached pic) some sort of guest house. I was then forced to leave and had to arrange other hotel which was more expensive due to last minute rushed booking. More than 4 hours I was waiting with my family at reception. This hotel is completely non professional and you may also get stuck like me. Absolutely disgusting.
