We friends had taken the tree house villa for 4 nights and we overwhelmed with the stay ,food and service given by the caretakers Pawan and his crew and the property owner for making out stay memorable. Kudos to the team .. the property is well maintained rooms and bathrooms were upto date even in the rainy season there were no signs of dampness or fungus..

Excellent property and excellent staff service. The property was very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. The washrooms were neat and clean with hot water. The view from the tree house is just beautiful, calm and peaceful. On the whole, I recommend this property to who ever is looking for a stay in Madikeri.

Excellent resort with basic amenities neat and clean rooms. One must definitely enjoy there stay at this place no age bar for this hidden gem. Hard to find because the resort is completely lost in the trees. excellent scenery fresh air, small water fall definitely worth spending. Caution. Do not get down or climb the resort in sedan cars which has very less down clearance you will definitely get damaged bumpers.

The location is awesome surrounded with full lush greenery and coffee plantation all around,amazing view with great positive vibes, This is one of the best places that i have been visited so far,its very nature friendly and the foggy evening the best morning sunrise everything is best in this place & a calm and nice environment no one gonna disturb you here,well maintained and sanitized property,the rooms are covered with the glasses you can enjoy the sceneary from the room and also it has a beautiful balcony to the one who wants to sit out and chill, Splendid hospitality and mouthwatering food options,we loved being here after a long break of Covid-19, Overall it was a great experience for me and my Hubby we will definitely visit again in future, Thanks to the Proprietor Mr & Mrs.Sathish Rai for making it memorable one.

We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days in October 2020. Took the whole treehouse as we were 3 adults. Our prime motive was wildlife photography and peace. As we landed on saturday there was a group of college kids staying at their lodge and they made our our initial stay troublesome as they got huge speakers, karaoke, chain smokers etc. But when they left on Sunday then we realise how beautiful that place. And yes we are addicted to their CHAI- that too in coffee estate....:)The food is served at the tree house, so that was great relief and also the 2 guys who are handling the property are awesome.Deducting 1 star as they should not allow the guests to come with speakers and that area should be no smoking zone. We got almost 20-30 birds species, it could have been more if it was raining throughout.Its a birders paradise, will come back soon.Thanks!!
