Hotel is located around 700M to 1KM downhill just after reaching Madikeri. Due to summer vacations entire hotel was booked out. We had not taken it from Oyo but probably this hotel has some rooms dedicated to Oyo which seemed priced higher as compared to other travel booking sites. Pros: - Rooms were very good and we got a nice valley view from first floor rooms. Bed was also king-size with comfortable mattress. - Hotel staff was also courteous and helpful. - Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and food was also good - Even during summer vacations, hotel was not overpriced and we found it a very good value for money - Hotel had 24x7 running hot water as well as power back up. Power back up is really very important as there are frequent Power cuts in Madikeri when it rains. - There are no additional recreational facilities but we didn't expect that as well based on low pricing Improvements: - Need to fix the phones not working from room as due to poor mobile network we had to walk down to reception many times. Reception had provided mobile number to contact but that also was not working most of times may be due to poor mobile networks. - Can improve the breakfast spread. Poha served were cold, no toaster for breads.

Hotel is good , nice view here, but ac in room but not work, I am shocked no lift in this hotel🙀. Rooms are good , break fast is good , room service is also good . I booked from Oyo to see rooms window sightseen but when we chek in room no sight there

The hotel is very big in a good location,it is couple friendly and the food is awesome but a bit costly.they provide siteseeing also.i visited in july where you can experince a good rainfall view and greenery from the Hotel window.Bathrooms are very Spacious and clean.rooms are very nice.it is far from the main city nearly 4km but very nice.

Less than 1 star Hotel not even comparable to any of the Home Stays available in Madikeri, but priced at Rs 2,000/- per night Made a terrible mistake by booking this hotel . Kindly request fellow guests not to make any booking at this hotel Cons: 1.Hotel is located in a remote area - which is approx 3 kms far away from Madikeri Town. 2. There is no Mobile Network Coverage in this remote area and you cant access your phone, which is a very basic need for customer. This fact was openly endorsed by Hotel Management - Mr. Brijesh 3. Don't have Lift in the hotel. How can you carry your bags/luggage on the steps?? 4. Intercom wont work most of the times. 5. Front desk people (Koushik & one more staff) behavior in addressing the customer issue and room service is ZERO 6. Wifi will not work and the Hotel staff will claim that it is due to technical issue and not even make an attempt to address this issue. 7. TV will not work and Hotel staff will claim that this is due to rain.Until rain comes to an end, they will use this as an excuse. 8. Room Service will not be available after 12 pm in the afternoon Now here comes the interesting fact, Mr. Charan - Operations Manager - dint even attempt to resolve the customer escalations. Since mobile network is not working, went out & called Charan - Operations Manger. He replied as if he was somewhere outside the hotel and said he would resolve our issues. However, he was standing near the Reception area, which we came to know one hour later only, when other family started enquring about Charan. Hotel Management is not willing to accept their issues, not make an attempt to fix them. However they just want to fill their rooms,make money & offer zero service PROS: Nothing. Absolutely nothing good about this place VERDICT: PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY AND TIME BY BOOKING THIS HOTEL AND REPENT LATER.
