Alps Resort Dalhousie

Everything was great at this hotel... The room was very clean and hygienic. The view from the room is amazing. The hotel even arranged a bonfire in the evening. The restaurant at the hotel serves good food. The hotel staff was also very helpful. So staying at Alps Resort in Dalhousie is highly recommended !!

We visited Alps resort for a family vacation for 4nights. Resort's location is perfect, a little away from the main market. The rooms does have adequate space and are clean. But the main reason for our conformable stay was one person, Sanjay. His service was a 5 star sevice and he never said No to anything. Whenever or whatever you need, he was always available with a smiling face. He never delayed anything. Overall, I will always recommend this property to my friends and anyone who would ask me for. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Am actually resident of chamba itself. My friends from oune planned to visit chamba so they wanted to stay in someplace where they can feel serenity. So i booked Alps resort. We stayed there for 1 night and they were damned enjoyed it. Few things i must say about this beautiful resort. 1. The staff is superb very friendly they know what guests expect. 2. The bonfire was awesome there's music you can play of your choice. You can sing dance and have fun whole night. 3. The food, i was surprised they serve chamba local dishes as well, though you need to request it 4-5 hrs before. Coz i know that takes time. Better you can ask them when you're booking rooms. 4. Room service is upto mark these guys are 24/7 available for you to asisit. 5. The rooms, they're clean, big and gives you really nice morning view. We loved it and we're going to plan another stay there. Hope we'll get some discount. Keep rocking Als!!

Unprofessional Staff , Called Mr Ravi , the Manager of the property being a Travel Agent , I called him for booking confirmation he agreed to confirm the room , later else within 2 minutes i sent him confirmation which he saw after 1 hour and replied me next day with status of we don't have rooms now. First he told me he didnt spoke to me but then i had some proof , call recording & call history he agreed and told me the minute you ended the call room got sold out? This is what you call hospitality? Beaware of this Fraud schemes , even if you do booking there is might chances they they got cancelled because now they want to sell rooms in higher prices. I will recommend you not to book this property because of worst behaviour of manager
