We spent 3 days at the hotel and I would really give 10 on 10 in service and cleanliness. Whole staff of the hotel is really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable too. They went over board for us to stay comfortably and plan our trips around the surrounding locations of Dalhousie. Food is great too which is plus. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for great views over your balcony and a royal stay in Dalhousie at a fair price.

All staff are too good and friendly behaviour. I really appreciate and recommend this hotel for Dalhousi visitors. The food is very tasty and also too much clean. Rooms are too good and disturbance free .

Hotel ambience so beautiful all hotel so curteis,food was so yummy special thanks to chef to made pasta as per our kids oder and really enjoyed. And room's are very neat and clean from balcony amazing view to see peer pranjal mountain full coverd with snow white I have booked two rooms,our family really enjoyed this hotel All excellent all services. Thanks to housekeeping boy Mr. Rohit and Supervisor Mr. Kuljeet for excellent hospitality,Front Desk Mr. Sanjay/Adarsh. Mr Sonu Thakur at the dine in restaurant was quiet courteous enough and was always available for service. It was a pleasant stay overall and i would recommend people to stay at this property, over all it was all good.
