this hotel provies excellent hospitality services, they are very friendly, food is awesome... hotel is also very close to chowrasta and few famous markets. value for money!! very much recommended for a nice cozy stay experience in Darjeeling.

Big rooms, good service and people were very nice. Food was also good and cheap. Nearby places were also good. Mall road is just 5 mins. Location wise this hotel is best and cheap. 5 star for the service and quality of service

Have been traveling Darjeeling and Gangtok since long time but haven’t experienced so horrible services…no option in the food hygiene is extremely poor…no standard cleaning procedure everything you need to ask from the room service or reception very stink washrooms water supply is extremely slow…would not recommend for family to stay….
