Wonderfull Stay

The stay at zambala retreat hotel was very good. Very helpful staff and cooperative. The room was very nice and big. The Hotel does not have a Bar so no liquor. There is no lift in this Hotel and is a Pure Veg Hotel. The restaurant is 2 floors down from the reception. Breakfast and Dinner was wonderful. Waitress Ms Pranjal Rai and her colleagues were very helpful and gave us a very good service. Location of the hotel is just a minute away from Heritage Toy train station and shopping.

We had a trip last year at Darjeeling and we stayed at hotal udaan zambala retreat. All staff members of the hotel was so coperative and soft spoken. They arranged good rooms for us with good services. We had all over great experience with the hotal. Next time we will definitely when plan to Darjeeling my only option is hotal udaan zambala.

Good Hospitality, service was excellent Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. The staff Pranjal rai was very helpful. Dinner was on time. Room was clean.we will surely visit again in future. Thank you again.

Excellent staff, very courteous and friendly. Great service with an attached restaurant. They don't serve liquor. The hotel is undergoing renovation. Hopefully they will start serving liquor. Location us a minute away from Heritage Toy train joy ride station

We tried to have a business lunch and make a booking here but u fortunately both failed miserably. We looked at the ratings and expected quite the experience. It did not pan out due to staff being uninterested to assist to the food that arrived in bits and actually not all arrived.
