It's located close to the main square, yet away from the traffic and chaos. Easy walking distance to most of the eating joints. The room was fine and great for the budget. As a single traveller it was no fuss for me. Just one thing to note is that if you're an early bird like me, or want to go out for a walk or whatever it may be....on one morning the gates were locked and couldn't find anyone to come and open the gate. Felt trapped inside with no one to call for help. So for a situation like this that could arise, do inform the management in advance of the need to get out early.

It is a well placed hotel near Clock Tower, BSNL Telephone Exchange. You can have a down or up walking enjoying shopping. station and Big Bazar ( with a multiplex are within walking distance. For sight seeing, just come to crossing, hire a taxi and enjoy main spots. Ya, for emergency or rain, you can enjoy fairly good food at affordable rates.

I stayed in this hotel with 7 other friends from dec 1-3. We faced a number of issues during our stay. 1) The hotel has very bad connectivity to the nearby market. 2) The rooms did not have any heater. We had to pay an extra amount for the same, which also failed to work 3) The geyser functions intermittently, only the lucky ones amongst could manage tk get it 4) The checkout time was 12pm when booked, but we were asked to check out an hour earlier, to make matters worse they turned the wifi off even before 11. 5) Do not take the local sightseeing package offered by the hotel, as the local cabs provide it in a much cheaper rate. 6) The driver provided by the hotel was rude,so were most of the other hotel staff.

Where should I start? First of all there are no windows in the room so no air at all. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty and the room was full of insects. Smell of mold was everywhere. Probably the worst place in Darjeeling

It was the worst experience to stay at Hotel Broadway Oyo 3303 Darjeeling on 11th August 2019. First, the hotelier cheated us by saying that they don't accept oyo booking as oyo have not payed them for last few months. We reached at night so we had to go for normal check in by paying money. Online booking became wastage. The room allotted was full of fungus. All the travellers must be alert for such type of cheaters and hopeless hotels in Darjeeling.
