Spacious, cozy, clean rooms with beautiful view of Kanchenjunga and Darjeeling city. Well maintained and great service available. Great hospitality provided by manager Sontu da. This hotel is a must visit for tourists.

Really it's fantastic hotel because best it's about location, room service but the main thing is if there is any problem you need call them and provide your needs. There behaviour is fantastic.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🫂

Good ambiance for a place like Darjeeling. But there wasn’t any geyser in the basic room that I booked, was pretty hard to get myself showers regularly, provided with limited time of hot water. Had to take a heater with extra charge. Haven’t tried the standard and deluxe rooms, so can’t comment on those.

First of who are reading my reviews are requested to avoid this hotel. They are robber. I booked room for 5-7th Nov, later due to some issues it was rescheduled to 6-8th Nov 2021. I paid advance money of 3300/- as online payment. After I contacted with him related to re schedule, but they disagreed. So I wanted my 3300/- Rupees back. The said things was intimated to the concerned Hotel 1st Nov i.e. 5 days before my travel. Neither they refund my money nor they reschedule my accomodation. This type of hotels should be avoided and the Consumer Affairs of WB should take strict action for harresement and misusing the public money the termed he used ' Hotel Policy' but no policies were discussed with me when I booked it. Strongly recommend for avoiding this Hotel Apsara Darjeeling.
