We had a great time here. :) The service was very prompt and the room was neat and clean. Ishika was really helpful and kind. The staff was always welcoming. We would recommend this place to others for sure! Thank you for a relaxing time!

Very good rooms and service. View was beautiful and the rooms were in proper condition. Service is excellent and has a very good view of Darjeeling town and the hills. We will surely stay here next time.

We got down near Taxi Stand at Darjeeling and started looking for hotel. We found Hotel Sumitel as a towering hotel standing apart in the bustling and narrow lanes of Darjeeling, near Taxi Stand itself. We checked the ratings and found it to be great. It appeared to be too costly but it was decently priced. Ms. Ishika at the reception gave a warm reception and gave useful tips in planning our tour plan in Darjeeling! The room was comfortable, spacious and had a balcony with a wonderful view. I recommend checking this Hotel at least once before finalizing your stay at Darjeeling!!

The Hotel location wise is a bit hostile. But for those who want to do some marketing from Darjeeling for them it's good place to stay. Rooms are okay but not large enough. Facilities are okay. For one thing they should get 5 stars ✨ is for their staff and service.
