I have booked 4 rooms in this hotel and stayed their with my family including senior citizens, kids , couples. Our experience was an awesome one and as the property is really good. 👌 They are treating their customers beautifully. Food was delicious. ROOMS were wonderful. The behavior of hotel manager Ravi , owner and other staff was really good . Athiti devo bhava . This kind of service they are providing to their guests.

Wonderful stay especially thanks to the staff they know the meaning of hospitality. The games room is really ameging. The games room is a heritage room n have a story . The view from the kanchanjanga is really so awesome love to stay Love to come again ❤️

If you want great hospitality, food, and mountain views under one roof, look no further than Arcadia Heritage Resort. Trust me, it was worth the time and money spent over there. Very firendly and cordial staff adds a cherry to the cake. The view from the balcony was equally mesmerizing in the day and in the night. And the food!!! Damn!! Awesome! Felt like home, with all the added luxury 😄. If you are planning to visit Darieeling, please consider this resort!

Excellent services. Very helpful staffs with good attitude. Specially wants to thank the hotel staffs for coming and helping when our zoom car scorpio red colour was broken down with gear issue, hand break not working, tyre puncture at the hill slope road at Darjeeling. They were there at the time of our critical situation. Thanks.

We stayed at this for 3 nights from 27/12 to 30/12. The location of the resort is awesome with all rooms having Kanchenjunga view.The food is quite OK and reasonably priced.Room amenities include TV,Geyser and bed warmers. The resort has issues with power and generator does not work at all times due to certain restrictions.However it fails to work even otherwise. The main issue with resort is the management.The resort is managed by Mr.Amarendar who is inexperienced and not in control of things.The reception is in a mess and I have photos of that.Most of the times the manager is absconding and he is no where to be found.When asked he will always give you an excuse of some work.Although he accompanied me to get some momos for my family but that was a hog wash.Most of the times the guests are waiting at the reception for check in while he is sleeping in his room,as he wakes up normally at 11am. The other staffs of the resort like Manoj (cook),Dipu and Rupesh are awesome and are actually managing the property. Needless to mention none of these staffs like the manager and they prey he is fired . There are many more incidents but to keep the story short ,this place is recommended only if there is a change in manager else not. I have photographs to prove and will also post some hence a standard reply like “Dear guest we have noted your feedback and blah blah …..” will not help.
