The staff here are welcoming and helpfull at all the times..The rooms are quite clean. Food is also too good. You must stay in this hotel if you are in darjeeling. Food and beverages department is quite friendly, helpful and polite. The view from the hotel is also good.

We stay for three days during this time we are very glad and comfortable jst like home server are very good and their presence of mind are also very good. They take care each and evey individual guest.Food was delicious and warm. Special thanks to all staff shiva,sudhakar,anushree,supragaya, also their team for very helpful and supporting nature. I will definitely love to visit this hotel .

I couldn't have asked for a better resort experience in Darjeeling. Crescent resort definitely made the trip memorable. The view from the rooms is beautiful and the resort is nicely built. My stay was very comfortable and peaceful as the staff is really warm and helpful. we were attended by the team of Mr.Shiva. 10 stars for them definitely. The food was also delicious with many options. Looking forward to my next trip to Darjeeling.

The resort is beautifully built in the heart of the valleys with an amazing view from the rooms. The ambience is peaceful with a very warm staff. The food is very tasty and there are many options. All in all its a total package for an amazing stay.

My experience at this hotel was really good. The rooms are good and spacious and are with plenty of amenities that a guest can require. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and polite . The food and service was also very good and on time . It was a very nice stay at this hotel.
