Darjeeling Trip with Family

Came for a family vacation to Darjeeling for three days and stayed with Norling Retreat. The room offered was clean, well equipped with a beautiful view of the valley. The rates were satisfactory as I was visiting in high season. The highlight was prompt and eager service with a comfortable room and good complimentary breakfast. The manager and the staff were very helpful and added a personal touch to every needs. They went beyond my expectations to keep my stay hassle free. I expect high standards of service and they were met. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

I really love to stay at delight norling hotel again... Service very good, food taste delicious, Kanchenjunga view from restaurant and room awesome, all the hotel staff are polite behaviour. .... Nice location 10 minutes walking distance from mall market........ Really very nice hotel

Good hotel with decent rooms. The hospitality is wonderful and the staff would steal your heart. They go out of the way to make sure you enjoy every moment. Food is good and it makes the entire experience true value for money 😃
Food is delicious and Room is very good but soaps they have provided expired soaps.

Food is delicious and Room is very good but soaps they have provided expired soaps. Overall rating is 4 out of 5, reduced one rating because of expired soaps. Staff didn't check the expiry before giving to us.
Worst in my experience

Hotel is definitely not a 3star, since no cleanliness, worst food I have ever tasted. No professional service persons. Short circuit issue. Until we asks they didn't provide even the basic requirements.
