Good Comfortable Hotel, Nice Service

Stumbled on this by chance and it's a very neat little hotel, with clean functional rooms, good service. The food was fine too. A good touch of contemporary setup while ensuring comfort of guests has been ensured. Try their bakery/coffee shop at the ground floor, that is quite something! Excellent standards of pastries and very tastefully served.

The stay was pretty comfortable.. though initially our room was damp but staff was very courteous to promtly act on it and change our room.. the food was also very good.. n above all the FnB manager Mr. Deeptanshu batra is a gem of a person.. he made our 3yr old so comfortable that my kiddo eventually called him mamu (lolllzzz).. never seen a manager like him.. probably an asset of ida. Each n every staff member was very courteous.. food including the buffet brkfst was amazing.. overall a wonderful stay n definitely recommended..

Nice comfortable place to stay at Dehradun. The rooms are very well maintained and are tastefully done up . Rooms on one side provide excellent view of Mussoorie . Even the corridors and lobby is done up very well. The quality of food at the Restaurant on the top floor is excellent . Even the lay out of buffet breakfast is pretty nice and to add to it the staff there is hospitable and courteous. Located centrally in Dehradun and it does not take much time to reach out to all the places around . Overall a great place to be in .

We had a pleasant enough stay in this tower block hotel on EC Road. Reception is behind a shop and a cafe and and there are no hotel grounds as such. Rooms are reasonable size and clean by Indian hotel standard but upkeep of decor and fittings is lacking. There is a small rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast spread is good but food storage and hygiene could be better (we saw fly on cut fruit). Staff are welcoming and service is good.

Apart from the bed being comfortable there is nothing good about this hotel. The curtains are torn, the so called executive suite is the size of a normal comfort room. The room is actually made for a single person on a one day business trip. This hotel is totally not a family hotel. The parking is shady AF. With moss growing on the damp walls, no one to see how the cars are standing, the restaurants don’t have food options available. It’s horrible.
