Words are not enough. Had a wonderful stay at Ramada, Dehradun; not once but twice. The hospitality excellence started from the moment we stepped in. A warm welcome at the reception, a pool view room with a bathtub and a rising sun from the bay window, what more can one ask for. The restaurant has one of the best service i have come across. Mansi, the guest relation manager at the hotel has been extraordinary at her job to help us at every step, be it appraising us of the hotel navigation, the culinary gastronomical choices , the concierge or the best of all bakery suggestions in town. Her polite, forthcoming, warm and ensuring personality makes all the difference between an amazing and an average stay. Highly recommend the place for a short business stay. Thanks Mansi for taking care of my team every time😊

The property is good. Staff is very polite and helpful. The view from terrace at night is amazing. Overall it was a good experience staying at Ramada. The property is highly recommended and if you are coming with your family they will really enjoy the vibe.
