The hospitality of the hotel was mind blowing, the staff were amazing, polite and lovely. Every facility on your doorstep with a beautiful view mind blowing auro and awesome lawn of the hotel. I miss being there 😭.

We had been to this Hotel from 11.01.2020 to 15.01.2020 and truly it is one of the best Hotel out of many, we stayed throughout India. The staffs are very cordial and sincere to their duties. Complementary breakfast and dinner provided were excellent. We recommend everyone to stay in this Hotel particularly to enjoy scenic beauty from room itself.
Good hotel near the Dalai Lama Temple

The Vaikunth Hotel is close by the Dalai Lama Temple. The hotel has an impressive exterior and lobby area. The lobby area of the hotel is big compared to the rest of the hotel. The maps to the hotel are confusing and the reception staff helped us reach the hotel by guiding our driver over the phone. Check in was quite fast. The rooms were small but were good. The rooms had good interiors and an amazing view of the valley. We stayed here just for one night and had no issues. The buffet breakfast served was below average. Overall a good experience on our night stay here!

The food is horrible. The money they charge is not worth giving. Strict no for eating food there. You can stay there but eat local. The rooms are okay. The only good thing is the simple and honest staff people there who help you out in every way. Have tea, coffee and french fries. The management needs to invest money in a good chef. We ordered Poha and poori sabzi..Nothing was average. Only mix parathas was ok.

I didn't find hotel worth in any way. Rooms are small n services average. They didn't even switch on backup during frequent powercuts.The view from our room was not good at all and they didn't changed it on requesting despite of having minimal occupancy. The buffet breakfast they claim to serve was actually served only one in four days and honestly I have never seen any hotel serving 4 things in buffet breakfast(they claim to serve variety if Indian and continental breakfast). Restraunt was also very incapable if serving even the things they have mentioned in their menu. You have to keep 3-4 things in mind while ordering and still chances are you won't get any of them.Only housekeeping services were upto the mark. All in all the hotel was the worst part of our stay.
