We had a wonderful stay at Indraprastha Spa Resort ,Dharamshala. Everything from the well maintained property to the gracious service provided by the entire team (nariender,Sandy , Rajesh,Purvansh and of course Anil Chef made our stay fantastic! The Food was a pleasant Surprise .We didn't expect the buffets to be so good .Stayed in several places before ,but indraprastha food was just amazing if not better than the rest. Hotel Open area was just great with wonderful Live Music being played every evening making the experience awesome. I will definitely plan a trip again to stay at this property and will be more than happy to refer my friends and family to stay at Indraprastha Spa Resort in Dharamshala

Very clean and well maintained hotel in Dharamshala. Nice Swimming pool for families.kids spent hours in pool. They serve snacks and drinks as well near the pool which was a relief as kids didn't wanted anything other than splash continuously in water. Staff are very good - orgnaized and responsive. Rooms are in good condition,very clean and comfortable.. Food was great too. Especially Kashmiri food.had authentic one after a Very long time. Kudos to the Management.everything is very thoughtfully done!

I visited the resort with my parents for 2 nights and lived in one of the Suites. From the check in itself the staff was very courteous and quick. Varun( the manager) was super nice and made sure we had a great stay. The food was great and the spread was amazing. Sandeep and Rajesh took great care of everything at the restaurant. My parents were very well attended and they loved the warmth of everyone around. The. Live music by Sandy at the terrace bar was a cherry on top. The bar was fully stocked and the bartender Dipanshu made some great cocktails and mocktails. This is one of the best stays I have had and made my mini vacation super memorable 😊

Pathetic Hotel, Terrible Experience!

Horrible experience. Bathroom was smelling worse than a public toilet even after having it cleaned again by the staff. Bathrooms curtains were also stinking & had mildew all over!! Room was stuffy & had to turn on the AC on full swing and keep windows open, all in vain. Had no choice but to vacate the hotel. As expected the hotel charged us the complete ₹60,000 for a waste of time.
