Awesome property with equally awesome staff who don't leave a stone untunr to spoil you All meals were too good and thanks alot to Ankit Kumar, Sahil and KG for wonderful hospitality Views of snow clad himayalaya from the room are serene and play area for kids ensure you have time for yourself 😀

Lovely property located uphill and away from the hustle bustle of McLeodganj. 10-15 minute trecks gets you to host of cafes with stunning views. The bakeries serve up to die for croissants. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and staff. Great hospitality shown by everyone in the hotel. Very helpful and courteous. Must stay place whenever visiting Dharamshala.Thanks to everyone at Hyatt for a wonderful stay.

Good property but rooms are small. Food too is good but hospitality takes all the score. It’s 12/10. From the security guys to the staff at the restraunt. Specially Mr. Arup, Ankit Thakur, Sahil Kumar and chef Manish for extraordinary service. Thank you guys for making the stay all the more memorable. Rise and shine 👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed there for two nights 12-14. The only positive thing is that the staff was courteous and on demand they provided jain food. Rest everything was bad. Location is bad. No view. Not easily accessible. The entire property stinks and nobody listens to that. The rooms stink of sewerage. For room cleaning you have to call multiple times. Limited number of facilities and all of these are to be pre booked. Can’t use pool or cinema or even the cabs to market without prior booking. Food options are v limited. The food is mostly cold . High tea is just an eye wash . You can’t think of going to the market for lunch as the hotel is on a v steep slope. This property can’t be a five star. Complete wastage of money. V highly priced just because it carries the hyatt name. Would never ever like to visit it again
