Pefect Hotel for Family Stay

I stay in hotel trinity heights last month. Sept 2021. The location is good, the main point is they have good parking space. second have a restaurant. Rooms really spacious. the Premium room is really well designed. Very near to bhagsunag water fall.

Hotel is stiuated near bhagsunag market walking distance. It had the most amazing rooms with all the basic amenities. Hotel staff were cooperative and helpful. All precautions were taken like temperature check, luggage sanitisation. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Stayed in this property after a bungled up booking with a nearby property and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms and amenities offered in the room that were on par with any 5 star property in our country. The food was also very good and the service provided by the staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend any family travelers to stay in this place. Cleanliness of the room and the ambience relived us of all the accumulated tiredness of the road trip from chandigarh to dharamshala. Will definitely be visiting this place again.

Worst hotel with poor service..even in this COVID time they have not change bed sheets belonging of previous customer found on bed..check in was not given on time for basic needs we have to rush electric kettle gesure not working..and they are charging huge amount per room..Never recommend anyone to visit this place more option with nominal charges are available...
