It was very good experience....i really enjoyed there..i will love going there again....everybody there was really very helpful...and the best part was food.....staff members,rooms, was excellent.. overall it was a fabulous experience. I will definitely suggest others to go for this hotel.

Very good hotel with good cooperative staff and clean rooms. Food is also very good. Good thing about them is that they serve pure veg food. View from the super deluxe room is mind blowing. We really njoyed a lot here.

Nice hotel with well maintained rooms. Beautiful khanchenjunga view from the room balcony . Near to main market . Food quality is also good and staff behaviour is good and are helpful as well. Overall it's nice place to stay.

Worst hotel, staff too rude, non cooperative, rooms too small, with stinky odour, no view from room, it was a horrible experience staying at this hotel, don't go there, no current in morning, & they don't provide with hot water for bathing, at least they can give hot water to bath heating on fast, but they won't give

We stayed in this hotel for three days. We stayed in the room shown in the picture. It is not at all like this now. The room was unclean, dust stuck on everything, bathroom was very unclean and smelly, the sheets on bed were dirty and despite asking multiple times, the sheets were replaced by even dirtier sheets, blanket was also smelly. Location wise the hotel is not in the main MG Marg, it will cost you 15 rupees per person to go there in sharing cab & at night there is no sharing cab available so you will have to shell out 100 - 150 rupees for return. The hotel manager is not helpful, probably inexperienced on how to handle travelers. We had a very bad experience while dealing with him. Service was really bad; since food is not available in this hotel. And there are no decent places to eat at walking distance. If you want to enjoy your stay in Gangtok, please don't book this hotel at any cost. There are multiple decent hotels with decent staff around the area. Would strongly recommend not staying in this hotel.
