Stay at hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Staff was very professional and helping specially Jinesh. Room ambience and food quality was awesome. Kudos to the team of Royal Residency by Jain group of hotels.

Staff behavior, room quality, cleaning, view, services, specifically Anju madam, hotel staff Tapas kumar and Dinesh kumar are too good. Must recommend this hotel, amazing specially room no - R1, and R2. Stay here without any hassle. Clear view of Kanchenjunga from hotel room.

Very good in behaviour. He is too good. He Always take care of us. Humble and carefully in his work. He also loyal, his loyalty impress us. His friends are also good. We are very happy with this person.

We stayed in the property for 3 days and it seemed like just another hotel until we met the staff. Rooms were clean and neat before we really messed it. And the staff were happy to make it tidy! We had two kids with us and the staff made it so comfortable for us to stay in the hotel. Suraj Kumar Singh was outstanding🙂

Very good rooms, behaviour of staffs are really good. Especially Srijana, Karma and Suraj were very helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, had clear views of Kanchanjangha. Hotel foods were also good.
