Excellent hotel. Warm and Hospitable staff. Location to die for, mere 10 minutes walk to MG Marg. Staff always greet you with a smile and always ready to help and go out of their way to serve you. A must visit and the only place to stay at in Gangtok.

We stayed in the Elgin Nor-Khill, Gangtok with family. It's location is near to MG Marg of Gangtok. The Hotel has a Royal Touch. The Hotel Staff including the General Manager (Shri Basudev Sahu) of the Hotel were very courteous and took care of us. We required special food and they took all care to make it. We had to organise a birthday party of our daughter and the hotel management organised it so nicely that left an impression in our memory bank. The Dining Room was very well organised. The Garden is maintained UNIQUE. The TEA LOUNGE is ROYAL touch. Over all the dog HILTON gives us good touch. We enjoyed our Stay there and Overall our Stay was simply SUPERB. Thanks

Extremely tastefully done hotel right in the middle of Gangtok but tucked in a quint corner. Lovely food. Lovely staff and beautiful view. The best place to stay in Gangtok! It's just 10 minutes walk to MG Road! Also there dog Hilton is extremely lovable and kids friendly!! I

While the property is beautifully placed at the heart of the city (with MG Market only a km), the property needs a massive renovation across its rooms as well as service levels, if this has be showcased as a 5 star property. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful and the food is ok.

I had a one day stay at Elgin , 1st March. We checked out on 2nd march, my husband left his watch in the room. We left the hotel in the morning, about 20 mins later my husband realised he keft the watch at the hotel room. Tge hotel completely denied about the watch. The watch was kept in the sofa however the reception guy said there isn’t anything in the room. Pathetic service
