Awesome hospitality service

My travel agent did only one good thing that he booked IDA dechen Villa.they have small staff but the hospitality service was awesome.Chef was good and food was yummy. rooms was clean. Manager and Co owner Mr. Devraj & Mr. Tanmay both has good and supporting nature i suggest to everyone if they want to come in gangtok they should stay at least one time.

The best place to stay in Gangtok. I chose this place after going through many good reviews of this hotel. Great i stayed there else my trip to east india wouldnt have been that great. The Manager there DEVRAJ is a great person who will help you out in planning your complete trip from taxis to hotels to north sikkim or pelling or darjeeling that too at very affordable price and good places to stay at. Very good stay, location was fantastic, just 1-2 km walking from Football stadium. Overall ambience is very good, specially the hospitality was too good. Also Mall is not far from here, just take a share taxi from opposite side of the road and they will just charge u 10-15Rs to take you to the Mall.

Its a basic accomodation. Nothing fancy. We had booked the entire place- 6 rooms for our group and that is what made this place so much fun. It was like living in your own house....Raju- Chef catered to each ones last minute request and whim and fancy....its off the busy road so not noisy and yet the main MG Road is 1km uphill....Overall a very pleasant stay and the staff took excellent care

The associated travel services guy is a rogue who has caused inconvenience all through the tour. Permits for nathu la and tiger hill were arranged by us and this crook tried to collect charge from us.highly unprofessional people.
