We had such an amazing time at Hotel Dew Pond. They were so helpful with everything. The location is also perfect, very close to MG Marg. The food tasted like heaven and the interior was also visually appealing. Over all, a very good experience.

Room size good for higher category room.
We hired heater, it was partially working. Out of 2 only 1 rod working.
Room windows had gaps through which cold air was constantly blowing creating discomfort.
Extra bed is hard mattress.
Sorry TripAdvisor for picking your suggestion, will not repeat it and will listen to Google auntie.
This hotel may be good in summer.
Very bad experience, no water, manager missing

We, a family of three people -- I, my sister and mother -- visited Sikkim from October 15 to 18 and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The complimentary breakfast was average, not much items. The rooms were damp with insects on the wall, the hotel said that they were closed for lockdown, so the condition was like that. However, the worst part was that there was no water available at the hotel from the second day of our stay. There was much chaos as there was no water from afternoon till evening, and the hotel management, including it's manager Mr Mayur, went missing. He couldn't be reached on phone, which was switched off and all the main staff were nowhere to be found. They made a guy sit at the reception who knew nothing and kept on saying he recently started working at the hotel. Totally irresponsible. Finally, when some guests threatened to call the police, the owner arranged two tankers of water. The water was dirty at first, but then it was ok. The water problem persisted till the time we were in the hotel and they got tankers. We paid the full amount to Mr Mayur in advance via Google Pay, and as it was peak season, it was impossible for us to shift to another hotel. The hotel staff had to be nagged a number of times to get anything done. The day we were returning, they were even out of packaged water.

Worst way of talking , reception counter employee is very rude in behaviour.plz do not come to this hotel.in service industry they should be polite and respect their guest

I had booked a room in this hotel. I wanted to enquire about Lachen and Lachung trip from them. I don't remember the manager name i called, but he only received my phone once and used to always read my messages on whatsapp but he never replied.
He also went on to cut my calls. Was trying to follow up with him for more than a week now. But no use.
Hopeless hotel. If the manager doesn't care about the customers and providing extra service, I wonder what service they will provide once we reach the hotel
