Clean, spacious and large rooms with beautiful views. The food is good and tasty. The staff are very helpful and services are really good. Had a beautiful stay with good services by Raju bhaiya & Amisha.

We had booked a trip in Sikkim for 6 nights, of which 3 nights we stayed at The Royal Orchid, Gangtok. Right from the first day, we were delighted the way they received us, arranged us our meals and of course, the rooms were top class. Amisha and team were very polite and handled all our needs on timely manner. Our suppers were served at room on the days when we happened to arrive at the hotel past the dining hours. I’m more thankful and happier on how Priya and team decorated our rooms for honeymoon, which includes a delicious cake and candle light dinner. We will definitely choose to stay at Royal Orchid when we plan next visit to Sikkim, for sure 😎

The rooms are very spacious and the staff is cordial. I want to specially mention about the great quality of food and the excellent service by Srijana! And the other staff members Sapna, Subam, Salman, Beybika and Pravish. The supervisor Ms. Amisha Pradhan was very co-operative. We enjoyed the stay!

It was good stay experience in Jain Royal Orchid, in terms of amazing mountain view from room, cleanliness, room service, travel arrangements for sightseeing, and quality & test of food. Special thanks to Mr Tarakh Pradhan and Ms Amisha for helping me for sepcial room decorations to surprise my wife. It was amazing stay experience..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall good experience and recommend for family. Food also is good and tasty. Very spacious rooms with all essential amenities. One good feature is child room is part of main room with single main door.
